Understand client's business, strategy, culture, position and key issues;

Develop search plan, discuss targets, specifics;

Contract (commencement)

Preparation of a Long List

Structured personal interviews with candidates;

Preparation of a candidate Short-List;

Preparation of presentations of the selected candidates

Prepare and submit Confidential Reports on most qualified candidates:

Introduction of the most qualified candidates in personal job interviews with the customer (with participation of the SCI Consultant);

Conduct refcrcnce checks, if desired

Coordination of the contract negotiations;

Support of signing the contract;

Clarify expectations on both sides incl. remuneration
